Intermediate and advanced participants registered prior to May 20th, 2005, may choose a dance in their repertoire for individual coaching in master class. Music and Feuillet notation for individual dances must be received by June 1, 2005.

(If you prefer to use conventional mail, print out the registration form and send it in, along with you deposit to SFEMS, P.O. Box 10151, Berkeley, CA 94709. Make your check out to SFEMS.
2. Dancers are requested to return the Dance Information Form to Angene Feves.
